At Sharmaz Acoustics, we believe every customer deserves peace of mind. That’s why all our products include limited warranty coverage against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Duration
- In-Ear Monitors (IEMs): 6 months
- DACs: 3 months
- Wireless Earbuds: 6 months
- Cables & Accessories: 15 days
What the Warranty Covers
- Driver or internal component failures not caused by misuse
- Defective soldering or assembly issues
- Malfunctions present from the time of purchase
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage, water damage, or accidental breakage
- Wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, worn eartips, bent jacks)
- Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or third-party repairs
- Loss, theft, or damage caused by improper use
How to Make a Claim

- Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
- Send photos or a short video to help us verify the defect.
- Once approved, we will repair or replace the product. If replacement isn’t possible, we may offer store credit or another solution.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for sending the product to us for inspection.
- If your warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired or replaced product back to you.
Conditions
- Warranty is valid only for products purchased from Sharmaz Acoustics (official website or authorized channels).
- Warranty starts from the date of purchase.
- Final decisions on warranty claims will be made by the Sharmaz Acoustics support team.
